b. Advantages & disadvantages of laparoscopy.
c. Laparoscopic Camera characteristics.
d. Laparoscopic instruments.
e. Ergonomics in laparoscopy. - Ports access and positioning:
a. Open, closed and optical port access.
b. Principle of ports position.
c. Principle of ports removal and wound closure - Laparoscopic dissection and tissue approximation:
a. Sharp dissection.
b. Blunt dissection.
c. Scissor dissection.
d. Hydro dissection
e. Electrosurgical devices dissection. - Principle of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy:
a. Anatomy of gallbladder.
b. Degree of gallbladder inflammation.
c. Critical view of safety.
d. Surgical plane.
e. Anatomy of appendix
f. Position of appendix
g. Degree of inflammation
h. Safe appendectomy - Hands eyes coordination:
a. Handling of instruments and items in laparoscopic box.
